She did a magnificent job analyzing the market we were in, providing appropriate “comps”, to recommending reasonable upgrades to our property so we were competitive. I would like to commend William Banks for all the assistance that he’s supplied during my efforts to get my home rented. He has offered invaluable guidance and suggestions regarding updates and repairs, starting before I moved out. Knowing my home would be available soon, he posted a “coming soon” sign in my front yard, generating interest and showing it to people before the home was even ready. He has unquestionably gone above and beyond in helping stage and maintain my property, when I’d moved out and it was unoccupied. Some examples include installing my septic tank risers and lids, allowing contractors into my home for improvements, mowing my lawn, and power washing my driveway and sidewalk.
