Below is a list of the fees and services we provide.

  • Property Management Fees of 8% of the gross rent due each month.
  • The 1st month the homeowner is charged 80% of the first month’s rent as a leasing fee to pay the Realtor fees.
  • Renewal Fee of 50% of the last month’s rent which applies when the lease renews.
  • We list the property in MLS and place a sign & lockbox on the property.
  • We will do a drive by of the property monthly to assure the tenants are maintaining the yard and the outside of the home.
  • We send the homeowner a rent check on the 10th of each month with an invoice and any deductions that may have occurred for maintenance.
